I'm an experienced,  ambitious and versatile  filmmaker with successes across a wide range of documentaries.   Most recently I was showrunner on 'Operación Esperanza/Operation Hope', a feature doc for Amazon telling the strange and miraculous story of four children lost in the Colombian jungle after surviving a plane crash.  Before that I was exec on BBC2's 'First Ladies of Hip-Hop' series and showrunner on  'Inside the World's Toughest Prisons', one of Netflix's biggest factual series.

I have a strong track record in finding compelling stories in difficult and sensitive environments, for example BBC2's award-winning series about children's hospital Great Ormond Street,  BBC2's acclaimed series about selective education - Grammar Schools: Who Will Get In?, or BBC1's The Prisoners, made over six months at Pentonville Prison.  I've navigated access and relationships of trust in many hospitals, schools, prisons, and police forces.

I've also made many successful presenter-led programmes, including with Gareth Malone, Dr Rangan Chatterjee, Piers Morgan and an Emmy winner with Sierra Leonean journalist Sorious Samura.

I relish shooting and directing as well as team-leading roles.
